The kitchen of Æblegaarden

Breakfast is served in our big cosy kitchen. When in season the table offers fresh eggs and honey as well as homemade preserves, bread plus more. And there is always fresh fruit.

It is also possible to have your dinner here with us. In summer it may be served on the terrace under the apple tree if the weather allows for it. When it gets dark we light the lanterns.

The menu is spiced with the mystery of the East, Mediterranean sun and the everyday joy of a carrot. Our cuisine is based on seasonal vegetables with occasional visits from fish and meat, from animals that have lived good lives. We emphasize high quality – organic - products and bake our own daily bread.

If you have special wishes or needs we are happy to oblige – but please let us know well in advance, so that we may be able to offer you a good service.

Breakfast is included in the price for the bed.

The price for dinner is kr. 165,- per person. Children under the age of 12 years kr. 85,-

Dinner should be ordered at least one day in advance.
